POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR LEAVES OF ABSENCE

This presentation will address issues that organizations and employers face when working to align company policies with actual practices and procedures. Ms. Sheaffer will discuss legal requirements and best practices regarding medical leave, vacation policies, parental leave, FMLA, and workers' compensation.
